300,000,000 pound Onion Grower & Fresh Cut Processor -  Provided diligence and subsequent operations analysis for equity sponsor’s acquisition and operation of nation’s largest grower /fresh cut processor

30,000,000 pound Industrial Honey Processor –Services for equity partners included lead in acquisition negotiations and ongoing management of this leading supplier to the nation’s largest bakers. In the first 48 months under TSG management the company grew unit sales and profitability five fold.

$300,000,000  Food Processor – TSG provided analysis and advice to the bank and equity partners concerning the acquisition of this leading supplier of processed and pre-cooked food service products.

40,000,000 Gallon Winery & Vineyard – Provided analysis and advice to bank for this vertically integrated winery/vineyard operation. TSG services provided in connection with this $50MM prospective credit included an Orderly Liquidation Valuation, collateral valuation validation,  and validation of proposed advance rates, marketing plans and operating budgets.

Major Food Packaging Manufacturer  – Provided collateral analysis, challenge of liquidation assumptions of DIP lender and testimony in successful adequate protection action for $84MM debt owed to our client in the Tri-Valley Growers bankruptcy.

Leading Frozen Fruit Processor – Services included an Orderly Liquidation Valuation (OLV) for inventory, accounts receivable, management assessment, recapitalization and reorganization analysis, and advice to lender during turnaround and successful restructuring of $75MM credit.

Eventually TSG provided advice and on-site management of the consensual liquidation of lenders’ collateral including inventories, receivables, real estate, customer lists and leaseholds. TSG achieved 100+% gross recovery of its OLV estimate.

National Juice and Drink Distributor – Provided international bank group with analysis and assessment of related party contracts, current budgets, overhead distributions, as well as plan execution critique of facility rationalization plans for highly levered $175MM credit.

2,000 Acre Stone Fruit Ranch & Frozen Processing Operation – TSG provided analysis and advice to bank group for this vertically integrated farming and processing operation. TSG services provided in connection with this $60MM credit included an Orderly Liquidation Valuation, collateral valuation validation, and validation of pending restructuring plans and operating budgets.

$50,000,000  Commercial Nursery - TSG provided  analysis and advice to bank for this vertically integrated plant & floral nursery operation. TSG services provided in connection with this $20MM credit included an Orderly Liquidation Valuation, collateral valuation validation,  and validation of pending restructuring plans, and operating budgets.

$45,000,000 Commercial Nursery -TSG is providing analysis and advice to the bank group as this leading ornamental plant supplier reorganizes in Chapter 11.
